Becoming Through Uncertainty

There is a misconception that once we recalibrate, clarity immediately follows. More often than not we can face what seems like more unkowing. It is in this space, we feel uncomfortable - there are things changing we can feel it, while we are still trying to figure out the meaning and purpose behind the change itself. Maybe we are uncomfortable because we recognize that something no longer aligns with our energy, who we are, or who we are becoming.

You see the recalibration was necessary in order for us to sit in the uncomfortable, uncertainty, and unkowing that ultimately pushes us to grow.

It is tempting to jump into action, to push through to find a place of comfort. But we need to recognize that it in within the space uncertainty and uncomfortability that is the period of our becoming. When we intentionally take moments to pause, to honor and recognize our growth, reflect on further shifts we want to make, take a moment to breath and show gratitude for all that we are and all that we will be. These moments of pause are meant to propel us forward on our journeys, providing the support of what is meant for our best and highest good.

Growth is rarely linear, it often comes after periods of learning, challenge, disruption, transformation, and/or even times of setback. We build on our experiences, life lessons are what aide in strengthening our resilience.

There is beauty in recalibration, uncertainty, and becoming - we are taught to trust the process rather than force an outcome. We don’t need to know and have everything NOW, we just need to be open and willing to PAUSE in our uncertainty, listen, and make the shifts that are best aligned for us.

Remain curious, intentional, and willing to trust the process, for it is within stillness movement is still happening.
