The lived experience and intention behind Stillpoint.
The space I hold ….
At my core, I am a guide and space-holder - but first and always, I am human. My work is shaped as much by lived experience as it is by training, grounded in the roles that anchor me in love, responsibility, and purpose.
As a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, friend, mentor, and mentee - these relationships have taught me patience, presence, and the power of listening beyond words. They remind me that growth is personal and relational, and they are the heartbeat behind my commitment to creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and safe to become.
Professionally, my journey spans business, research, and higher education leadership, where I have long worked at the intersection of structure and humanity. With formal training in business administration at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, I bring a strong foundation in strategic thinking, organizational development, and collaborative leadership. This allows me to translate complex systems into accessible, sustainable pathways—while remaining attentive to the human dimensions of change.
Throughout my career, I have designed and led transformative professional development, facilitated reflective and culturally aware mentoring, and supported individuals navigating periods of transition. I am known for cultivating environments where people feel grounded, empowered, and able to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Complementing this work is a longstanding interest in mindfulness, energetic awareness, and astrology as reflective tools—not for prediction, but for insight, timing, and alignment. When paired with intention and discernment, these practices support deeper self-understanding and more sustainable decision-making.
Today, I continue to weave practical expertise with intuitive insight, supporting growth that is both strategic and soulful. My intention is simple: to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom, move forward with trust, and build lives and careers that feel aligned, whole, and sustainable.
I believe stillness is an act of courage. In the quiet moments, we find our truest direction—and everything I do is guided by that knowing.
